As a t-girl it had been a source of some disappointment to me that I had not been able to find a guide to tranny-friendly establishments in Birmingham. Apart from a population of 1 million the city has over 30 million visitors a year and there must be a hell of a lot of t-girls in that number so it seemed quite logical that if I am missing out on places to go to because I do not know where they are, then others must be too and some sort of a guide was a must - hence this attempt at one.
 One of the positive elements of the internet is that it enables people to freely produce and transmit information and this website is an excellent vehicle for it. To assist users I have organized these pages into a printable A4 format so that they can be retained for later use.

STAYING IN BIRMINGHAM

In the listings on Pages 5 and 6 are a number of t-girl friendly hotels within the city centre but for those who book to stay at a non-tranny friendly establishment and want to dress and go out on the town then we can assist at Ally’s Place [07786 361 063]. We are located in the south of Birmingham, about 4 miles from the centre and for a small fee clients are able to come here and get showered and changed into girl gear, store the clothing and then return and change again. We can also offer a makeover service too if that is required.
 For those who prefer not to drive to the venues, a Black Cab Taxi fare from Ally’s Place is about £10.00-14.00 whilst private hire is about £8.00-9.00.

OUT & ABOUT AS A T-GIRL

For the visitor undoubtedly the best place to go as a t-girl is to the Gay Quarter in Birmingham Southside and to this end I have devoted a whole section to it [Pages 3-6]. Also I have tried to sort out the thorny problem of toilets! [Well it is for us less-passable ones!] Which ones do we use? Where possible I have contacted the management of each of the pubs, bars and clubs to establish precisely what their policy is on this issue. I am delighted to say that such is their pro-t girl philosophy that at most of them we are invited to use the Female ones! Anyway, where I have received a positive response, one way or the other, this is recorded along with the opening times and other details. Talking of times, I have not used the 24hr clock so just to avoid confusion please note that 12.00pm means 12 noon and 12.00am is 12 midnight!
